At Beauty Exchange Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include your packing slip or RMA confirmation to ensure timely processing.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
